We often see that the insights gained though seminars, team-building, coaching, conferences etc fade due to the lack of a sustainable implementation of the obtained knowledge - both in the mindset of the individual as well as within the organisation as a whole. In order to come to terms with this challenge, Søren Rågård has developed the programme '24:mondays', which contains 24 weekly structured and progressive follow up sessions.
